CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel appointments. Should you need to do so we respectfully request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice.
If you would require a text or phone call reminder, please inform a member of our team to ensure you are personally contacted more than 48 hours before your appointment.
In case of repeated missed appointments, we reserve the right to require a none refundable cash deposit to secure future bookings, amount to stylist/beauty therapist discretion at the time of occurrence, factoring in cost of service and time booked out.
This payment will be deducted from the cost of service on the day and can be transferred if given more than 48 hours notice. Failure to attend your appointment would result in loss of deposit or refund and we would require another deposit in order to rebook.
